This is a 16x20-inch original oil painting of a morning solar eclipse from a hilltop that I often walk. I was transfixed by the lighting in that moment. It was a brief yet spectacular moment, and I wanted to convey the sense of awe felt while witnessing the solar eclipse across this fall meadow.
